Adam graduated with a Master of Finance from Cambridge University's Judge Business School and was an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch on London before becoming a cross-asset futures trader for a $1bn global macro hedge fund.

His passion for blockchain and cryptocurrencies resulted in Adam joining BABB as the Chief Operating Officer, structuring and successfully closing a $20m token sale and a £2.5m equity fund raise, growing the team from 3 to over 40 staff internationally. His experience successfully managing large cryptocurrency portfolios and projects developed into founding Alphachain Capital where he now manages Alphachain Traders quantitative cryptocurrency investment strategies.

Pedro is the Senior Market Analyst and Programme Coordinator at Alphachain traders. He is responsible for the development and management of junior to experienced funded traders. He brings on board over a decade of experience as a market analyst and trader in different assets such as; Forex, Indices, Commodities and Crypto.

His passion for the financial markets led him to become an expert in top-down price action analysis, particularly in forecasting long-term reversals in the market. He has been teaching and mentoring other traders for the past 4 years, helping them understand how the market works and maximize their performance.

Pedro is qualified with a MSc Finance from ISCTE-Business School and holds a certificate of the Microstructure and Trading Program from the University of Delaware, USA.

Ron William, CFTe, NLP, is a market strategist, educator/mentor and performance coach; with +20 years experience, working for leading economic research and institutional firms; producing macro research and trading strategies. He specialises in blended, top-down, semi-discretionary analysis, driven by cycles and proprietary timing models.
