THE PROGRAMME
The Global Trader programme is an immersive and structured three-month vocational training programme provided to new entrants who are aiming to train as a funded proprietary trader with Alphachain Traders. We are an approved global trading company built by experienced trading professionals.
The Global Trader programme gives a unique opportunity for talented individuals to develop in-depth knowledge and practical experience in international trading. Joining our programme encourages global trading companies to invest in new traders’ careers, with an emphasis on personal development and technical mastery.
The course content provides a combination of strong foundational education with expert mentoring and live web classes from experienced senior traders. Candidates accepted onto the programme receive a $20,000 trading account.
We offer complete transparency in targets and incentives. All traders in our global trading networks are independent contractors and have freedom in how they work and where they work as this is a remote opportunity. The programme can suit any lifestyle as you can trade from the comfort of your own home.
PROGRAMME CONTENT
MONTH 1: Theory & Practical Learning (WEEKS 1 & 2)
You’ll begin the online ‘Intensive Strategy Course’, covering our bespoke trading strategies, advanced technical analysis and risk management. You’ll learn how to identify advanced technical patterns and how to create short and medium-term trading strategies.
MONTH 1: Theory & Practical Learning (Weeks 3 & 4)
In the latter part of the month you will begin to put what you have learned into action on your demo account. The application of the prior learning and theory is the most important step. You will have to quickly learn to navigate the brokerage and trading platform.
MONTH 2: Strategy Planning & Testing
During this month you will look to gain as much exposure by trading your strategies and doing back-tests to build statistical research on how well your strategy has worked in previous market conditions.
MONTH 3: Further testing & Assessment
Month three will be for further testing and assessment. Here we will assess you on your trading performance on the demo account putting into practice everything that was taught the previous weeks.
Each trader will undergo a Trader Project over the length of the programme. Towards the end of the programme you will have the opportunity to present your findings to the Head of the Academy and/or the CEO and get direct feedback on your work. The topics can be largely chosen by the individual and are usually based around the development of a trading strategy or development of a new technical indicator. The project will involve:
Apply comparative analysis between strategy back test and forward test
Solidify understanding of technical tools through R&D
Clarify trading approach through clearly defined goals and objectives
Outline trading edge through design and/or methodology
APPLICATION PROCESS
The application process is extremely competitive as limited global trader accounts are available on an on-going basis. Selection is based on passionate and driven individuals who meet the requirements and they will be invited to join our programme to begin their career as a successful trader.

Once your training is complete, you will begin your membership as a trader with Alphachain Traders.
